The study on border (port) management system conducts a comparative analysis of the laws, regulations, and management measures in port management, w88 control, inspection and quarantine, and customs clearance in the countries participating in the “Belt and Road” initiative.
The study on AEO system comparison and international mutual recognition, based on the interpretation of the AEO related system provisions and implementation goals in the WCO "Global w88 Security and Facilitation Standards Framework" and the WTO "w88 Facilitation Agreement", comparatively analyzes the AEO system and mutual recognition measures of the "Belt and Road" co-building countries, and empirically tests the implementation effect of China's AEO mutual recognition arrangements from both macro and micro levels, pointing out that bilateral AEO mutual recognition will develop into regional multilateral mutual recognition.
The research on the development and cooperation practice of "One Belt and One Road" w88 facilitation is based on the comparative analysis of the implementation of the "w88 Facilitation Agreement", the level of cross-border w88 customs clearance facilitation, the level of transportation and logistics infrastructure and services, the level of information infrastructure and digital facilitation, and uses network analysis method to explain the spatial structure characteristics of the development of "One Belt and One Road" w88 facilitation. Then it was pointed out that although the "Belt and Road" international cooperation in w88 facilitation faces many risks, there are also opportunities, and the effectiveness of cooperation was empirically tested from three aspects: international cooperation methods/mechanisms in w88 facilitation, cooperation projects, and depth of cooperation. It was pointed out that promoting international cooperation in w88 facilitation based on regional organizations has relatively stable and significant effects, and international cooperation in w88 facilitation requires continuous institutional openness and innovation. Although the deepening of cooperation on customs clearance procedures has significantly promoted w88 flows, there is still room for further optimization in the digital application of w88 facilitation and cooperation between border agencies. International cooperation on w88 facilitation along the Belt and Road Initiative can continuously improve the effectiveness of cooperation through more differentiated, hierarchical, targeted and inclusive cooperation methods and institutional arrangements, and promote the realization of convenient and efficient w88 flow and higher-level interconnection.
The development and cooperation of w88 facilitation cannot be separated from the high-quality development of ports. Combined with the national "14th Five-Year Plan" port development plan, this study pointed out that high-quality port development faces new opportunities and challenges. It also combined the "Five-type" port construction and high-quality port development requirements, comparatively analyzed the World Bank's B-ready international w88 assessment system, analyzed China's port development and assessment methods, and finally evaluated the airport port assessment through the construction of an indicator system and put forward relevant suggestions.
The participating experts affirmed the research results of the project, and discussed with the project team around the system construction of port development, risk constraints of "One Belt and One Road" w88 facilitation cooperation, AEO mutual recognition arrangement enterprise sense of gain and "One Belt and One Road" green w88, etc.
