The seminar has five stages, hosted by Shanghai Maritime University Professor Zheng Shiyuan, Beihang University Associate Professor Wang Chunan, Beijing Jiaotong University Professor Li Hongchang, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Associate Professor Lu Jing and Beijing Jiaotong University Associate Professor Jiang Yonglei. A total of 18 scholars from universities across my country made reports on civil aviation-related topics such as aircraft maintenance, multi-airport systems, air-rail combined transportation, airline operations, sustainable aviation development, drones and optimal allocation of airport resources. In the seminar on the afternoon of the 25th, Associate Professor Zhong Shihao of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University shared a study on the parking locations of aircraft maintenance hangars. Through intelligent design and minimizing the number of aircraft re-parking, different aircraft types and space configurations were considered, which improved the efficiency of space utilization and provided strong support for improving the operational level of aircraft maintenance sites. Achim Czerny, a professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, introduced the impact of traffic allocation rules in multi-airport areas. Focusing on Hong Kong, Osaka and other places, he proposed a number of rules such as prohibiting long-distance, international, and cargo flights. Numerical analysis showed that market structure and demand asymmetry have a significant impact on the mismatch effect of traffic allocation in multi-airport areas. Professor Sun Xiaoqian of Beihang University introduced IGTNA, an aggregated global transportation system network covering all ground and air transportation infrastructure, and proposed a highly scalable and effective network decomposition algorithm to provide a useful basis for analyzing and improving the resilience of the global transportation system.

11Month 2On the 6th, the seminar continued. Professor Yang Haoran of East China Normal University calculated factor loadings to compare urban networks connected by different transportation networks on the same spatial and temporal scale. He found that the high-speed rail network is distributed by the mobile phase of trunk lines and major cities. The hierarchical structure of the aviation network is higher than that of the rail network, and the changes between regions are limited, tending to present a four-pivot diamond distribution. Assistant Professor Zhang Fangni from the University of Hong Kong introduced passenger and cargo convertible aircraft. This type of aircraft can help airlines combat demand uncertainty and increase profits: When there is a significant difference in passenger and cargo demand, airlines will use more convertible flights; when the fleet cost is too large and the capacity ratio compared with traditional flights is too small, convertible flights cannot be profitable. Associate Professor Cui Qiang of Southeast University used carbon dioxide equivalent emission efficiency as a measure and gave an analysis of the path to using hydrogen energy to reduce global aviation greenhouse gas emissions. He pointed out that in typical hydrogen energy utilization scenarios, hydrogen turbine engines have higher carbon dioxide equivalent emission efficiency; in early hydrogen energy scenarios and mixed use of hydrogen energy and sustainable aviation fuel scenarios, hydrogen fuel cell engines have higher carbon dioxide equivalent emission efficiency. Associate Professor Wei Keji of Tongji University reported the use of graph attention network to efficiently construct an arc-based transportation network model. In view of the unique nature of the problem, the article used graph attention network and designed features, legality guarantee methods and divide-and-conquer improvement methods. Associate Professor Liu Wei of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University introduced the design of service networks based on unmanned aerial vehicles and discussed the design of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) service network for urban monitoring, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for maritime monitoring or inspection tasks and optimization of urban food delivery services involving delivery riders and UAVs. Associate Professor Li Lishuai of City University of Hong Kong used data science and intelligent computing methods to build a powerful computing system to accurately calculate the amount of fuel an aircraft needs to carry while ensuring safety. This research is expected to reduce the carbon emissions of the aviation industry by reducing fuel waste. Professor Tian Qiong from Beihang University shared his insights in the field of comprehensive fulfillment planning and scheduling for omni-channel retailing.

In the afternoon seminar, the first speaker to give a speech was Wu Jianhong of the Hong Kong Polytechnic UniversityAssistant Professor, HimShared the research results on the route optimization model. By building a real-time learning prediction model, the longitude, latitude, altitude, and angle of the optimal aviation route were calculated, and the optimal route was found to reduce aircraft energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. Professor Zheng Xingwu of the Civil Aviation University of China used the double difference method to empirically analyze the impact of seat allocation policies and airline branch line structure-related policies on the Chinese aviation market. He found that flight time allocation policies are beneficial to existing large airlines and enhance their market competitiveness. The establishment of aviation branches also strengthens this trend. Assistant Professor Wang Kai from Tsinghua University introduced related research on urban air transportation. He elaborated on the early development and evolution of urban air transportation. Using data analysis from four cities in the United States, he concluded that customer recognition is the main driver of urban air transportation profitability, and battery technology is the most important factor. Associate Professor He Shawei from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics used the Graph Conflict Resolution Model (GMCR) to simulate the network selection problem between two competing airlines and compared the SEQ equilibrium with the Nash equilibrium. He found that the SEQ equilibrium can provide more inspiration for airlines to formulate strategies. Professor Fu Guoyin from the Nanguo Business w88 casino of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies used San Francisco International Airport as a research object to evaluate the sustainability of corporate operations and its impact on social values from three dimensions: environment, society and corporate governance. Assistant Professor Wu Lingxiao of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University compared the cost of express delivery services under different truck-drone collaboration modes and intensities, and found that the optimal strategy is to use drones to transport packages through the "station-vertical take-off and landing airport-transfer hub-vertical take-off and landing airport-station" mode. Dr. Huai Yue from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology established a general equilibrium model to compare airport decisions in terms of fees, check-in time and capacity under different regulatory systems. Through mathematical model construction and analysis, Assistant Professor Ding Yanyan of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University found that the "SAF competition" between FSC and LCC made their efforts to reduce carbon emissions become a strategic alternative, thus stimulating the sustainable development of the aviation industry.

Finally, Professor Yang Hangjun summarized the meeting and delivered a closing speech.
