The relevant comrades in the Equipment Department of the State-owned Assets Management Office of the school shared the construction process, functional architecture and operational results of the school's asset management system. They gave a comprehensive explanation and on-site demonstration from the aspects of system functional modules, data collection and analysis, and intelligent report generation. They also demonstrated the actual application effect of the system in asset inventory, data analysis and decision-making support, and focused on explaining how to optimize the entire life cycle management of assets through information technology to improve data accuracy and management efficiency.
