The participating team composed of students from multiple colleges of w88 casino performed well and won the team silver medal. w88 casino’s participating team is guided by Professor Zhao Hongyan from the w88 casino of International Relations, and its members include Xie Kaifeng from the w88 casino of Government, as well as students from the w88 casino of International Relations, Law w88 casino, w88 casino of Foreign Languages, and w88 casino of English. This competition uses a port construction project in a South American country as a hypothetical case. Focusing on the core construction and development issues in the project, participating students are divided into four parties: investment companies, local governments, social organizations and international organizations to negotiate. English will be used as the communication language throughout the competition to jointly resolve the disputes in the project. The participating teams either competed tit-for-tat or worked together, demonstrating high-level English proficiency, professionalism, and excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, vividly restoring the complex game scenes of international negotiations. The competition invited more than 50 experts and scholars from the theoretical and practical circles at home and abroad to serve as on-site judges.

The participating team has been preparing for the competition for nearly 3 months since its formation. Xie Kaifeng once served as the class representative of the international negotiation course taught by Professor Zhao Hongyan. This time, he was selected to participate in the competition from the outstanding students who completed the international negotiation course. Through the multi-round cycle mode of "case analysis - simulated negotiation - review and optimization", the team deeply analyzed previous competition questions and typical cases of the "Belt and Road", systematically polished negotiation strategies, and the team's tacit understanding and overall competitiveness were greatly improved.
