They also conducted multi-dimensional discussions on issues such as the handling of special properties such as data assets and intellectual property in bankruptcy procedures, the connection between directors’ diligence obligations and company law, and the legal application of special bankruptcy mechanisms involving small, medium and micro enterprises, and foreign-related matters.
Starting from the legal principles of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, and combining interdisciplinary perspectives such as the Constitution, civil law, economic law, litigation law, jurisprudence and intellectual property law, the participating experts systematically sorted out the theoretical and practical disputes in the draft and put forward specific suggestions for revision.
