Sun Zhenyu pointed out that President Xi Jinping’s recent successful visits to the United States and the United Kingdom and the continuous advancement of the “Belt and Road” construction have brought broader development prospects for China’s foreign direct investment, but the commercial and non-commercial risks involved cannot be ignored. Chinese enterprises must make necessary preparations before "going global", especially strengthening training in social responsibility, understanding local laws and regulations and respecting local cultural customs, and based on the concept of long-term cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win, to bring tangible benefits to the sustainable development of the host country. Diana Madunicpointed out that various countries have different understandings of corporate social responsibility. For example, Sweden mainly requires companies to fulfill their social responsibilities in four aspects: respecting human rights, protecting the environment, opposing corruption, and respecting labor rights. In addition, issues such as gender equality, ethics and sustainable taxation have also attracted widespread attention in Swedish society. Currently, the Swedish government is promoting the formulation of social responsibility policies for the government and enterprises. It is hoped that Swedish enterprises can consciously abide by relevant international norms in domestic and foreign markets and set an example in fulfilling social responsibilities. It is imperative to consciously fulfill social responsibilities, which is not only related to corporate risk management, but also the source of corporate competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

Zhenfa New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., where Hu Wei works, is a private enterprise in China. It has been committed to the development of the terminal application market of the photovoltaic industry for many years and adheres to the path of combining economic benefits and social benefits of photovoltaic power generation.
