“Building a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone” is a major strategic task during my country’s “15th Five-Year Plan” period. China not only continues to be the largest contributor to world economic growth, but is also an in-depth participant and solid supporter of economic globalization. As a major trading partner of more than 160 countries and regions around the world, China's complete industrial system advantages are an important guarantee for maintaining the resilience and stability of global industrial and supply chains and promoting world economic development.
China is the country with the most complete industrial system in the world, and has formed the world's largest and most complete production and manufacturing system. A complete industrial system and industrial supporting facilities can support China's continued and efficient export of various industrial finished products to the world, effectively reducing production costs and industrialization thresholds around the world, especially in developing countries, and providing development opportunities for developing countries to participate in the international division of labor and achieve modernization.
The supply advantage of China’s complete industrial system is also reflected in its rising industrial innovation capabilities. In recent years, China's exports have not only grown against the trend in terms of scale, but also continued to increase in terms of "gold content" and "new content". Made in China continues its digital and green transformation and continuously adapts to and upgrades international demands. It not only brings rich products and huge benefits to global consumers, but also promotes global technological progress and industrial upgrading. This year’s government work report made direct arrangements for “optimizing the inbound consumption environment.” Continuing to deepen the construction of international consumption center cities and promoting the expansion and upgrading of inbound consumption will surely become important measures to promote high-level opening up and boost domestic consumption during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
Mutual benefit and win-win open strategic optimization international cooperation platform
