The overall situation shows a good trend of increasing quantity and improving quality.From 2013 to 2023, my country’s total service import and export volume increased from 3,351.1 billion yuan to 6,575.43 billion yuan, an increase of 96.2%. From January to May this year, service w88 continued to grow rapidly, with the total import and export of services reaching 3.02196 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16%. While the scale has increased, the structure has become more optimized. The high-tech service industry and modern service industry have maintained a rapid growth trend. The proportion of knowledge-intensive services in the total import and export of service w88 has increased from 33.6% in 2012 to 41.4% in 2023. The fields of personal culture and entertainment services and insurance services are growing rapidly, with an increase of more than 60% in 2023. The development of service w88 in the direction of digitalization, technology, and high added value directly promotes the optimization and upgrading of w88 structure and industrial structure, and becomes an important force in promoting the construction of a strong trading country.
Service outsourcing demonstrates vitality and resilience. Service outsourcing is an important form of service w88. In recent years, my country's service outsourcing has developed rapidly, becoming the main way to export producer services, and its status in the global value chain has continued to increase.In 2019, the value of my country's service outsourcing execution exceeded one trillion yuan for the first time. In 2021, the value of offshore service outsourcing contracts exceeded one trillion yuan for the first time. The value of service outsourcing contracts undertaken by enterprises increased from less than 600 billion yuan in 2013 to 2,866.6 billion yuan in 2023. Against the background of sluggish world economic recovery, the value of offshore service outsourcing contracts undertaken by Chinese enterprises in 2023 was 1,487.1 billion yuan, and the execution value was 1,039.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.9% and 16.2% respectively, exceeding the growth rate of service w88. In terms of business structure, the execution value of offshore information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing undertaken by enterprises was 415.4 billion yuan, 172.2 billion yuan and 452.2 billion yuan respectively, a year-on-year increase of 13.1%, 17.8% and 18.4% respectively. Among them, offshore service outsourcing services such as new energy technology research and development services, inspection and testing services, and vehicle repair and maintenance services increased by 140%, 44.5%, and 42.3% respectively. As an important indicator of service w88 exports, the outstanding performance of offshore service outsourcing plays an important role in improving export competitiveness.
The international competitiveness of enterprises continues to increase.In 2012, the added value of my country's service industry accounted for 45.5% of GDP, surpassing the secondary industry for the first time. The company's service capabilities are increasing day by day, showing strong capabilities in inspection and testing services, information technology solution services, e-commerce platform services, financial back-end services, etc., and gradually building a complete service marketing network and service supply system. In traditional service industries such as logistics and cultural tourism, as well as modern service industries such as software, information services, energy conservation and environmental protection, a number of enterprises with strong capabilities have emerged, making important contributions to promoting "Chinese services" to go global.
The business environment continues to be optimized. A series of policies and measures have been introduced one after another, creating a good institutional environment for the development of w88 in services.In 2015, "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of w88 in Services" was released, which for the first time comprehensively and systematically proposed the strategic goals and main tasks for the development of w88 in services. Since then, fiscal and financial support has continued to increase, and w88 facilitation has increased significantly. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, my country's services import and export totaled US$3.6 trillion, an increase of 29.7% over the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, further consolidating its status as the second largest country in global services w88. In 2020, the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Accelerated Transformation and Upgrading of Service Outsourcing" and the "Overall Plan for Comprehensively Deepening the Innovation and Development of Service w88 Pilot" were released. 28 pilot areas including Beijing and Shanghai have actively explored business model innovations in digital services, intellectual property services, "bonded + services" and other fields, which have greatly activated new momentum for the development of service w88. At the same time, a series of innovative measures have been introduced to relax market access for the service industry and promote institutional opening up of the service industry. For example, since 2017, the negative list for foreign investment access has been revised several times, and restrictions on foreign shareholding ratios in service industries such as value-added telecommunications, securities, banking, insurance, and theatrical performances have been canceled or relaxed; Hainan has taken the lead in exploring a negative list management system for cross-border service w88.
This year, the national version and the free w88 pilot zone version of the cross-border service w88 negative list are released, which will replace the access measures that were scattered in various specific fields in the past toCollect and list in a "one sheet" manner, and at the same time, in light of development realities, further opening arrangements will be made in the free w88 pilot zone for natural persons' professional qualifications, professional services, culture and other fields.
