The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a new higher-level open economic system. In terms of standard formulation, we must continue to promote the "introduction" of advanced international standards and enhance the ability of enterprises to integrate into the global production division. At the same time, we must continue to accelerate the "going out" of domestic standards and study and formulate new standards in cross-border e-commerce, railway transportation and other fields.
