In the process of fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic and helping to eradicate poverty, they were brave enough to take on responsibilities and were not afraid of difficulties. In a short period of time, they did one thing after another that they will never forget. Now, as their service period is about to expire, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee and the Youth League Committee of the w88 casino jointly launched"Stories of Supporting Teaching" column, share with everyone the unique youthful power of University of w88 and Economics students.
I am Tian Yu, a 2019 graduate of the Law w88 casino of the w88 casino. As a member of the 21st graduate student teaching team, I went to Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang for a one-year teaching service. As a native of Xinjiang, integrating into the volunteer teaching place saved me a lot of adaptation. Xinjiang’s customs, customs, religious beliefs, and living habits have been integrated into my blood since I was a child. After graduation, I came to this familiar land full of enthusiasm and expectations, and I gained a lot in one year.
Whether it is during the interview with the postgraduate teaching team or the choice of teaching location, I always adhere to my original intention. Since I was born, grew up, and studied in Xinjiang, and moved from the northwest of the motherland to the capital, Beijing, I am full of gratitude for this land of fertility. With a simple desire to give back to my hometown, I finally embarked on the road of supporting education in Xinjiang and spent a year giving as much help as I could.
As a volunteer teacher, I was nervous when I stood on the podium for the first time, but the children’s curious eyes and gentle smiles on the young teacher dispelled my worries. In Wujiaqu No. 1 Middle w88 casino, I served as the teacher of the comprehensive practical course for seven classes in the first grade of junior high w88 casino. Since it was a local course, there were no mature teaching materials and curriculum standards. All teaching started from my own research and exploration of textbooks. In addition, I did not have too much teaching experience, so the teaching process at the beginning was not easy. Faced with the difficulty of maintaining classroom order, the difficulty of organizing the teaching process, and the confusion of lesson preparation, I took the initiative to consult other teachers in the group and seized the opportunity to attend classes, quickly increasing my teaching experience and improving classroom management capabilities. After a period of study, practice and trying changes, I gradually got on the right track in teaching. This year I also participated in the w88 casino’s youth apprenticeship activity, choosing Gu Weiping, an experienced teacher in the political discipline, as my mentor. I also participated in the teaching and research activities twice a week in the group during this w88 casino year, and participated in a variety of teaching and research activities such as collective lesson preparation, open class learning in the group, project research and study, subject studio preparation, etc., which improved my teaching ability in an all-round way.

The year of teaching has a special meaning to me. I successfully became a full member of the glorious Communist Party of China. In Wujiaqu City of the Sixth Division, I received the Corps’ red education, learned about the Corps’ glorious history, and kept in mind the Corps’ mission of maintaining stability and guarding the border. During this year, I always kept in mind my responsibilities and mission as a party member, and actively participated in various party member activities under the leadership of the w88 casino party committee. During the theme education of "Don't forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind", I produced a number of w88 casino-themed education study manuals, theoretical test papers, and important speech compilations. On December 26, 2019, I was honorably promoted to a regular member of the Wujiaqu No. 1 Middle w88 casino of the Sixth Division of the Corps. From then on, I will demand myself with stricter party membership standards and strive to play an exemplary role.

As a member of the graduate student teaching team, I also participated in a wealth of volunteer activities and social services this year, practicing the spirit of volunteer service, and taking on the responsibility of a college student volunteer with down-to-earth actions. Taught "How to Be a Qualified League Member" theme group class for the young students of No. 1 Middle w88 casino, participated in the student union's love bookstore and charity sale activities, "Warm Clothes for Winter" - donating cotton coats to the counterpart schools in Nanjiang, "Making Friends with Pens" - communication activities with w88 union students, Constitution Day and Lei Feng Day activities, commemorating the "129" and "May 4th" League swearing-in activities, sports meets, New Year's Day performances, donation activities to support Wuhan Party members, celebration of July 1st Party members theme activities, etc. Under the organization of the Youth League Committee of the city, we participated in the "Don't forget the original intention and keep the mission in mind" volunteer service activities, the 6th Corps Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of "Science and Technology Innovation Achieve Great Causes", the Thousand People Hiking Volunteer Activity, and the Tulip Festival Volunteer Activity. During this year, I was even more fortunate to participate in the special theatrical performance of the Sixth Normal Education System and the Sixth Normal People’s Spring Festival Gala dance and sitcom performance, which left an important page in my volunteer service experience. In these volunteer service activities, I truly feel my personal value and strength, which further strengthens my original intention of service and dedication, and inspires me to persist in the spirit of volunteer service and become a lifelong quality.

2020This is an extraordinary year. An epidemic has also changed our volunteer teaching service life. As a native of Urumqi, I immediately returned to the service w88 casino to work after the epidemic in Xinjiang was brought under control and schools resumed.
