I miss those times full of laughter mixed with a touch of sadness, and at the same time I try to refine some rational insights.

A little boy recommended another child, but the recommended boy didn't know whether it was because of shyness or timidity. He became "irritated" and replied angrily, "Why don't you go?" As a result, the two children almost quarreled in class... The first time I encountered such a situation, I was a little panicked. First I hurriedly stopped them, and then I was a little angry. This was originally a good thing, but it made them quarrel. Problems should be solved on the spot as soon as they arise. So, I said to the recommended boy: "Since your classmates have recommended you, they believe in you and think you are qualified. Don't be embarrassed. Are you willing to be the team leader?" As a result, the boy was still unwilling. Helpless, I enlightened and encouraged him step by step, and finally he "compromised". The first class ended with this episode.
The classroom atmosphere in the first class was pretty good. I thought they would be interested in the group assignments, but it turned out that I was wrong. In the second class two weeks later, when each group turned in their homework results,Among the 6 groups, only 1-2 groups did it. I asked the reason angrily, and found out that the overall enthusiasm of the children here was not high, and they did not care about this course at all. The class was only active because of the theme of "food", and they did not understand the role and significance of this course.
Participate in young teacher apprenticeship activities
In order to stimulate students' interest in learning and let them realize the significance of this course, I carefully prepared the lesson before class, collected a large amount of materials and videos, and used multimedia equipment to teach by combining graphics, text, videos and other elements to arouse students' interest in class. In order to cultivate the students' language expression ability and self-presentation ability, I asked each group to choose a representative to go on stage to show the results of the group's work, and let the groups score each other. TalkingIn the "Marketing" section, considering that they are still first-year junior high w88 casino students, I first started with "understanding the market" and led the students to perceive the market through the story of the origin of the market and the market in life. Then, I asked the students to give examples of marketing through their preliminary understanding of the market. Through these examples, I slowly guided them with questions to gradually understand what marketing is, and in the process, led the students to think independently. "It is better to teach a student to fish than to teach him to fish." I hope that what I teach is not only a knowledge point, but also the ability of students to learn and think independently. However, there is always a gap between ideals and reality. When teaching design is implemented in the classroom, we always encounter some problems. Students do not cooperate, cannot concentrate in class, no one responds to questions for a long time, and interesting links activate the classroom atmosphere but do not stimulate children to think about this link... For a long time, I felt deeply powerless and frustrated, and I was also reflecting on where the problem was.
In order to improve my education and teaching abilities, I actively participated in the apprenticeship activities for young teachers and took the initiative to learn from my master, Mr. Jiang Fang. Teacher Jiang told me how to seize the class and every student. This is the most important thing. I also often listen to teachers’ classes and open classes given by outstanding teachers in the w88 casino.
