[Editor's Note] In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the National Education Conference and other conferences, and comprehensively promote the construction project of teachers in the new era of schools, according to the "Central Committee of the Communist Party of China" According to the requirements of the State Council’s Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of the Teacher Team in the New Era, which “strengthen teachers’ participation in social practice and promote teachers’ full understanding of the Party’s conditions, the country’s conditions, social conditions, and the people’s conditions”, the Party Committee’s Teacher Affairs Department/Human Resources Division organized a national conditions education for new teachers in 2020 to guide young teachers to expand their horizons, grow their talents, make contributions, and serve the motherland while serving the society. In late September 2020, 32 new teachers went to four practice sites in Qingdao, Shandong, Shenzhen, Guandong, Haikou, Hainan, and Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, kicking off their practice of education, teaching, subject research, and think tank construction. The process of practice is also a process of understanding life, thinking about the present, sublimating the state of mind, and inspiring the mission. They use real and delicate brushwork and lenses to present practical stories that belong to themselves and more specifically to the young teachers of the University of International w88.

On September 22, 2020, I successfully arrived in Haikou with the Hainan branch of the w88 casino, and started the practical journey of national conditions education for new teachers. During the short period of two months, my horizons have been greatly expanded. I have a deeper understanding of the historical evolution of Hainan Island, the discipline construction of Hainan Vocational and Technical College of Economics and w88, and the construction of Hainan Free w88 Port, and I have seized the rare opportunity to help myself grow.
1. First encounter with the podium and experience skills
Hainan Vocational and Technical College of Economics and w88 is located in Haikou, the capital of Hainan Province. It is one of the national conditions education practice bases of the w88 casino’ “Knowing and Doing China” plan. I was assigned to the w88 casino of Marxism, mainly responsible for the teaching tasks of the "Situation and Policy" course in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, and specifically taught the topic "China's Answer Paper" in the anti-epidemic exam. By participating in collective lesson preparation meetings held by the college and listening to the teaching experiences and teaching methods shared by outstanding teachers, students were successfully mobilized to think rationally about Chinese and Western anti-epidemic models during the classroom teaching process, and aroused everyone's emotional resonance with China's anti-epidemic spirit. As an ideological and political "green pepper" at the beginning, he really started the "first lesson" of his teaching career in Haihai Economic and w88, which further strengthened his belief in upholding the spirit of craftsmanship in the teaching process, having "concentration", "patience" and "confidence", truly being a guide for students, and helping students to tie the "first button" of life.

2. Go out of campus and feel the national conditions
As the saying goes: "Read thousands of books and travel thousands of miles." Going out of campus to fully understand the historical evolution of Hainan Province and the current construction of the Hainan Free w88 Port is an important part of this national education practice. By viewing the four basic permanent displays of the Hainan Provincial Museum, namely "Hainan Collection Cultural Relics Display", "Hainan History Display", "Hainan Ethnic Minorities Display" and "Hainan African Intangible Cultural Heritage Display", I deepened my understanding of Hainan's history, minority culture, intangible cultural heritage and cultural relics. Hainan Ecological Software Park and CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd. Hainan Branch are the important places to visit to learn about the construction of Hainan Free w88 Port. The former has been recognized as a national new industrialized industry demonstration base by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries, and as a "national science and technology business incubator" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and other ministries and commissions. According to the person in charge of the industrial park, thousands of companies and enterprises have settled in the park and have enjoyed various preferential policies provided by the Hainan Provincial Government. The latter is a branch of CNOOC established in Hainan in 2018. It is a specific measure taken by CNOOC to obey and serve the country's important strategic deployment, effectively implement the responsibilities of a central enterprise, and actively integrate into the construction of Hainan Free w88 Port. On-site visits and studies in modern industrial parks and large central enterprises gave me close contact with and understanding of the current construction situation of Hainan Free w88 Port and major national development strategies.

3. Growth and Enlightenment
When the short-term national education practice is coming to an end, I feel deeply in my heart. First, we deeply feel that we need to grow rapidly. The ancients said: "Teachers preach and learn karma to solve doubts." As an ideological and political "green pepper", you must truly understand and believe in horses, work hard to improve your "hard skills", and help young students establish a correct world view, outlook on life and values. Second, we deeply feel the great mission we shoulder. When choosing a career, the young Marx said: "Only when one works for the perfection of his contemporaries and for their happiness can he achieve perfection." Currently, the world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century, and it is particularly important to guide students to align the realization of their own values with the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation. Facing the upcoming teaching and scientific research life, we must "specialize in the field" and "care about students", ride the wind and waves, and move forward.
