How to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise owners, managers and R&D personnel, and build systems and mechanisms to support comprehensive innovation are current issues that need to be solved. While in Shenzhen, President Zhao Zhongxiu went to Qianhai International Talent Port and Shenzhen Virtual University Park to conduct research. Conducted exchanges and discussions with relevant leaders such as Wang Shourui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of Qianhai Administration Bureau, Secretary of Baoan District Party Committee, Wang Jinxia, Deputy Director of Qianhai Administration Bureau, etc. on the construction cooperation of characteristic think tanks.
