All members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee attended the meeting. The heads of relevant functional departments attended the meeting.

The conference focused on learning the spirit of documents on Sino-US relations。

The meeting heard the Youth League Committee’s report on the preparations for the 13th Congress of the Communist Youth League.
