In addition, Director Wang also put forward his vision for the future direction of reform. First, refined management, close to personalization, and advocacy of humanization. The future canteen will achieve four coexistences: Chinese and foreign flavors, Han and ethnic minority flavors, basic food and special flavors required by standardization, and student canteens and teachers' canteens. The first and third floors of the first cafeteria are for basic meals; the second floor will be used for meals6-8Various flavor restaurants, operating "east, west, south, and north" flavors; the fourth floor is the faculty canteen, which provides some nutritious meals according to the age and special requirements of the teachers, reflecting humanization. Third, separate the halal canteen for Muslim students from the first canteen, renovate the halal canteen, fully respect the food culture of Muslims, and provide them with a better dining environment. Fourth, update equipment, purchase dishwashers, and automatically sterilize dishes and chopsticks to fully ensure hygiene and safety.

In order to stimulate teachers and students to participate in the canteen reform process and achieve high standards, strict requirements, and standardization, the Logistics Management Office proposed the following ideas: First, set up a food supervision and management committee, invite teachers, doctors, and students to participate together, and adopt a multi-pronged approach to strictly control quality. Second, regular cooking competitions are held to encourage chefs to continuously improve their cooking skills and inspire their love for work; on weekdays, the chefs with the highest sales volume are selected and given certain rewards; these are considered as part of performance management. Third, a special window is opened to allow interested students to participate in the real production process. This not only exercises their hands-on ability and develops a skill, but also allows students to understand the hardships behind delicious meals.
