A latest survey shows that the salary situation of college graduates signing contracts in 2005 has dropped slightly. Generally, it is between 1,500 yuan and 2,500 yuan. Of course, the starting salary of graduates also depends on the type and level of the company. The interview found that, except for some well-known large companies, the starting salary levels proposed by many companies are mostly unsatisfactory to students. Generally speaking, for companies with a monthly salary of less than 2,500 yuan, most students from the above-mentioned major universities will adopt a wait-and-see attitude and will not sign a contract with the employer immediately.
At the same time, the reporter also found that for those graduates who rushed to apply for jobs and interviews, the starting salary of the company when signing the contract was lower than the basic salary they hoped for, generally 500-1,000 yuan lower. For those who have made full preparations for job hunting and interviews, and "work as a team" (several classmates help each other submit resumes, encourage each other, and exchange information), the starting salary for contract signing is often unexpectedly high, about 1,000 yuan higher than the psychological price.
