Before the opening of the exhibition, to the accompaniment of the melodious Franc d'Or, Lao Mo took a black horse racing outside the venue as the object of sketching. He used a pen and splashed ink to depict the image of the black horse standing silently, which won praises and applause from the audience. "798It is a gathering place for artists in my mind and a gathering place for people who love art. Today I am exhibiting my works in the name of art and hope to communicate and improve with everyone. As an image that is often depicted in Chinese paintings, the painting method of horses usually follows the ancient method. However, in this exhibition, Lao Mo used a unique technique to depict a different charm of horses. "Most of the teacher's works use the background shaping techniques of Chinese paintings, while the construction of the horse skeleton and the position of the horses incorporate the depiction techniques in Western sketch art, making the horses more dynamic and tense." said Gao Xianjia, president of the calligraphy and painting association of w88 casino and Lao Mo assistant teacher.

Hu Zhusan, a famous Chinese painting master who came specially from Yangzhou, said: "Lao Mo's works convey a majestic momentum, a strong sense of the times, and are unique at the same time, reflecting the profound cultural heritage and glory."

Lao Mo, formerly known as Liu Yongge, is now a teacher in the Culture and Art Teaching Department of w88 casino. When he was young, he studied poetry, calligraphy and painting under Mr. Liao Tong, a disciple of Wu Changshuo, and also studied Western painting with Long Rui and Li Xinmin. Later, he became a disciple of Mr. Liang Shunian, and often received teachings from Mr. Jiang Zhaohe, Li Kuchan, Zhu Naizheng, Dakang, Liu Bingsen and others. Graduated from the Graduate w88 casino of the China Academy of Arts, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Arts and Crafts Society, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, and a member of the Beijing Artists Association.
