However, the latter is mainly based on theoretical and qualitative research and lacks more rigorous empirical testing. This study combines the above two different research schools and uses the 2018 national survey data on the training of persons with disabilities to study for the first time how the cooperative supply of public services affects the professional service performance of vocational training for persons with disabilities. The contribution of this study to the theory of public service co-production is that it emphasizes the importance of specific co-production methods such as co-design and co-delivery in improving the performance of professional public services. The policy results found in the study also support this judgment.
