Bai Yanqing jumped out of the inherent concept and divided human society from the perspective of management into the era of religious management, the era of human-governed management, the era of legal management and the era of cultural management. This new perspective was refreshing to the audience. At the same time, this also gave Bai Yanqing an answer to the question that he had been puzzled about for a long time: "Is Confucius' thought valuable to the current society?"
