Subsequently, the guests at the meeting shared their profound insights on global innovation and governance from their respective professional perspectives. Professor Wang Xiaosong deeply discussed the connotation of the Global South, the reasons for its rise and its key role in the global governance pattern. Professor Fang Kai introduced the research progress of the green "One Belt and One Road" initiative. Starting from the concept of green development in the "One Belt and One Road" initiative, he discussed resource and environmental issues and evaluated the sustainable development of the "Belt and Road" joint construction areas. Professor Zhang Xun shared the latest research results on the integration of real numbers in China, discussed the incentive issues in digital transformation, and proposed solutions to solve the obstacles to the integration of the real economy and the digital economy. Professor Yang Mian focused on low-carbon assessment of energy and environment, analyzing how low-carbon policies affect the industry and regional levels from the corporate level, and how downstream regulations promote the transformation of upstream suppliers. Professor He Jing focused on rural finance and inclusive finance, compared the differences at home and abroad, and explored China-specific forms. Researcher Gao Ming introduced in detail the national rural fixed observation point database and analyzed the impact of income subsidies. Professor Nie Guangyu introduced the solution method of the nonlinear DSGE model and looked forward to its application prospects in international cooperation and dynamic quantitative analysis.
