School News Network (Contributed by Law School) On December 28, 2024, the "New "Company Law" and Digital Finance" seminar and the second academic salon of the National Trust Postdoctoral Research Station in 2024 were successfully held in our college. The seminar was jointly organized by the International Financial Law Research Center of the w88 casino of International Economics and Economics, the School of Law of the w88 casino of International Economics and Economics, the Postdoctoral Research Workstation of the National Trust Co., Ltd. and the magazine "Contemporary Financier".

The theme of this seminar is "New Company Law" and Digital Finance". Mei Xiaying, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the w88 casino of International Business and Economics, Mr. Shi Junzhi, former president of National Trust and head of the postdoctoral workstation of National Trust, Mr. Zhang Zhi, vice president of National Trust, and Ms. Huang Xiwei, deputy editor-in-chief of "Contemporary Financier", attended the seminar.

Mei Xiaying, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the w88 casino of International Business and Economics, said in his speech at the opening ceremony that the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has repeatedly emphasized the importance of financial work and data elements. Mr. Shi Junzhi, former president of National Trust and head of the postdoctoral workstation of National Trust, said in his speech that National Trust has cooperated with the School of Law of the w88 casino of International Business and Economics for a long time, and has created many academic achievements with the platform provided by the w88 casino of Trade and Law School, and has used intellectual achievements to feed back the improvement of the enterprise compliance system. He said that in the teaching process of the School of Law of the w88 casino of Trade and Economics, the systematic development and historical context of monetary history and financial law were reviewed again. He hoped that in the future, with the academic exchange platform built by the college, we would have more exchanges and collisions with colleagues in the academic and practical circles.

Mr. Zhang Zhi, Vice President of National Trust, said in his speech that the postdoctoral workstation of the National Trust Company has gained a lot from the platform built by the Law School of the w88 casino of Trade and Economics. He pointed out that with the support of policies and markets, the family trust business of National Trust Company has achieved good development and has achieved certain results in the trust market with its business characteristics.

The first phase of the seminar was chaired by Professor Li Xiaolong, academic director of the National Trust postdoctoral workstation.
