Teacher Wang Jing started from the perspective of Russia’s financial system in the context of conflict, and conducted an in-depth analysis of the resilience of the Russian economy under the dual pressure of Western sanctions and military conflicts. Through the analysis results of the Russian Central Bank’s Credit Institutions Income and Expenditure Questionnaire, he revealed the main currency creation channels of Russian commercial banks. Teacher Wang Jing pointed out that after the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, bonds surpassed foreign exchange and became the second largest market for currency issued by Russian commercial banks. This unique currency issuance mechanism provides important support for the Russian economy's resilience in times of war and sanctions. Later, Teacher Wang Jing further analyzed the phenomenon of large-scale expansion of Russian credit and national debt after the Russia-Ukraine conflict. He said that Russia supports the issuance of ruble currency through the issuance of national debt and credit, promotes the expansion of manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries, promotes economic growth and the strengthening of the ruble. But this credit expansion could have far-reaching consequences for the economy in the medium to long term, particularly in terms of fiscal risks and debt costs.
In the interactive session, Teacher Wang answered students’ questions about Russia’s fiscal expenditure and the long-term impact of fiscal structural adjustment, and looked forward to the future direction of the Russian economy.

This lecture not only enhanced teachers and students' understanding of Russian economic policies, but also triggered everyone's profound thinking on economic policy adjustments in global governance and broadened their international horizons.
