Chapter 1 Total then

(6) Close contact with the masses to realize, safeguard and develop the fundamental interests of the people;
(7) Integrity and self-discipline and the construction of party style and clean government.
Article 5 Intra-party supervision must be combined with supervision outside w88 casino. Party organizations at all levels and party member leading cadres should consciously accept and correctly treat the supervision of w88 casino and the people.
Chapter 2 Supervisory Responsibilities
Article 6 w88 casino committees at all levels perform the following responsibilities in terms of intra-party supervision:
(1) Lead the intra-party supervision work, and clarify the tasks and requirements of the discipline inspection commission and party committee work departments, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies, and party groups (party committees) equivalent to this level at the same level in terms of intra-party supervision;
(2) Formulate and implement measures to implement the resolutions and decisions of superior party organizations and party congresses at the same level on strengthening intra-party supervision, and study and solve important issues in intra-party supervision;
(3) Supervise the leadership team and members of the Standing Committee and members of w88 casino Committee, the Discipline Inspection Commission at the same level and w88 casino Committee’s work departments, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies and w88 casino Group (Party Committee) equivalent to this level;
(4) Supervise the lower-level party organizations and their leadership teams, especially the main persons in charge;

The working committees dispatched by w88 casino Central Committee and local committees at all levels shall supervise their party organizations and party member leading cadres in accordance with relevant regulations.
Article 7 The responsibilities of members of w88 casino committees at all levels in terms of intra-party supervision:
(1) Supervise the work of the committee, the disciplinary inspection commission and w88 casino committee work department at the same level, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies and w88 casino group (party committee) equivalent to this level;
(2) Supervise the standing committee members and members of the committee, the Discipline Inspection Commission at the same level, and the leaders of w88 casino committee work departments, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies, and party groups (party committees) equivalent to this level;
(3) Members of local party committees at all levels and grassroots committees shall submit, with their true names, the issues and opinions of party organizations and party member leading cadres listed in items (1) and (2) of this article to w88 casino Committee Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission at the same level in writing or in other forms, or report them to the higher-level Party committee or Discipline Inspection Commission;
(4) Opinions of members of the Central Committee on members of the Political Bureau and Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee shall be reported to the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee or the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in written form or other forms with their true names.
Relevant departments or personnel should convey the questions, opinions and suggestions raised by the committee members’ real names in a timely manner and shall not withhold them; the relevant party organizations should study and handle them in a timely manner and respond in an appropriate manner.
Article 8 w88 casino’s disciplinary inspection committees at all levels are specialized organs for intra-Party supervision. (3) Examine and handle relatively important or complex cases in which party organizations and party members violate w88 casino’s charter and other intra-party regulations;
(4) Report the situation of intra-party supervision to w88 casino Committee at the same level and the Discipline Inspection Commission at the higher level, put forward suggestions, organize the drafting and formulation of relevant regulations and systems in accordance with the authority, and make decisions on maintaining party discipline;
(5) Accept reports of violations of party discipline by party organizations and party members, as well as complaints and complaints from party members, and protect the rights of party members.
The disciplinary inspection working committees dispatched by w88 casino’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and local commissions for discipline inspection at all levels perform supervisory duties in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 9 The responsibilities of members of w88 casino’s discipline inspection committees at all levels in terms of intra-party supervision:
(1) Supervise the work of the committee, its dispatched agencies, and dispatched inspection agencies;
(2) Supervise the standing committee members and members of the committee and the heads of the dispatched agencies and dispatched inspection agencies;

(4) Members of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection shall report their opinions to the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in writing or other forms with their true names to the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection or the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee.
Relevant departments, agencies or personnel shall convey the questions, opinions and suggestions raised by the committee members’ real names in a timely manner and shall not withhold them; the relevant party organizations shall promptly study, handle and respond in an appropriate manner.
Article 10 The responsibilities and rights of party members in intra-party supervision:
(1) Report the opinions and demands of the masses to w88 casino organization in a timely manner and safeguard the legitimate interests of the masses;

Chapter 3 Supervision system
Section 1 Collective leadership and division of labor
Article 12 w88 casino committees at all levels implement a system that combines collective leadership with individual division of labor and responsibility. All major policy matters, all issues of overall importance, and all recommendations, appointments, removals, rewards and punishments of important cadres must be made by w88 casino committee through collective discussion and decision-making in accordance with the principles of collective leadership, democratic centralization, individual deliberation, and meeting decisions. Opinions and main reasons should be recorded truthfully. Individual members of the leadership team who recommend candidates for leading cadres to w88 casino organization must responsibly write recommendation materials and sign their names.

Section 2 Important briefings and reports

Resolutions and decisions made by plenary meetings of local party committees at all levels should generally be notified to subordinate party organizations and party members, and should be disclosed to the public in an appropriate manner based on the actual situation. The contents of the meetings of the standing committees of local party committees at all levels and important situations in the region shall be reported to a certain extent or to w88 casino organizations and party members in the region in an appropriate manner as needed.
Article 16 w88 casino committees and discipline inspection committees at all levels shall, when necessary, inform the deputies of the current Party Congress on relevant decisions and important situations when w88 casino Congress at the same level is not in session.

For those who conceal, fail to report truthfully, interfere with and obstruct truthful reporting, or fail to report or request instructions on time, the relevant person in charge will be held accountable.
If a subordinate fails to respond or approve in a timely manner to a subordinate's request for instructions, or fails to promptly handle the issues reflected in a subordinate's report within the scope of his or her responsibilities, resulting in serious consequences, the relevant responsible persons shall be held accountable.
Article 18 Party members and leading cadres at all levels should truthfully report major personal matters to w88 casino organization and consciously accept supervision. The specific content of major personal matters will be stipulated separately.
Section 3 Report on work and integrity
Article 19 The Political Bureau of the Central Committee reports its work to the plenary session of the Central Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection reports its work to the plenary session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
The standing committees of local party committees and the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission at all levels report their work to the plenary session of the committee once a year.

Article 20 Leading team members of central departments, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies, and party groups (Party committees) equivalent to this level, and local party committees, disciplinary inspection commissions, and party committee work departments, directly affiliated agencies, dispatched agencies, and party groups (Party committees) equivalent to this level, shall report on their work and integrity within the prescribed scope once during the term and one year before the change of term.
The heads of grassroots party committees, disciplinary inspection commissions, general party branches, and party branches shall report on their work and integrity within the prescribed scope once a year. Representatives of the masses can be invited to attend the meeting when reporting on work and integrity.
After the performance report and integrity report during the term and before the change of term, the higher-level party organization should organize democratic evaluation or democratic evaluation in conjunction with the annual assessment of that year.
Section 4 Democratic Life Meeting
Article 21 Party organizations should adhere to and improve the system of democratic life meetings for party members and leading cadres, and hold democratic life meetings in accordance with regulations. Through democratic life meetings, we can unify our thinking, improve our work style, strengthen supervision, enhance unity, and improve our ability to solve problems and conflicts by relying on our own strength.
Leading cadres who are party members and state organs above the county level shall participate in dual organizational life meetings in accordance with regulations.
Article 22 The leadership team must ensure the quality of democratic life meetings held. The theme of the democratic life meeting should be determined in accordance with the requirements of the superior party organization and in response to outstanding issues in w88 casino's spirit and style.
At the democratic life meeting, members of the leadership team should responsibly inspect or explain their own problems with integrity and self-discipline as well as opinions raised by party members, the masses, other members of the leadership team and lower-level party organizations, and actively carry out criticism and self-criticism.
The main person in charge of the leadership team is responsible for holding a good democratic life meeting, and assumes the leadership responsibility for formulating and implementing the rectification measures of the leadership team.
Article 23 Party members, the masses and lower-level party organizations shall truthfully report their opinions on the leadership team and its members, the situation of democratic life meetings and rectification measures in accordance with regulations, and promptly notify the situation of democratic life meetings and rectification measures within a certain scope.
Party members have the right to know the results of their opinions and suggestions.
Article 24 Superior party organizations should strengthen the guidance and supervision of democratic life meetings of lower-level leadership groups. If it is found that the theme of the democratic life meeting of lower-level leadership groups does not meet the requirements, clear opinions should be put forward, and if necessary, it can be directly determined; if it is found that the democratic life meeting of lower-level leadership groups does not meet the requirements, it can be ordered to be reconvened.
Members of the leadership teams of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Organization Department of the Central Committee, the Working Committee of the Central Organs Directly Affiliated to the Central Government, and the Working Committee of the Central State Organs, in addition to participating in the democratic life meeting of their leadership team, each member should participate in the democratic life meeting of more than one provincial and ministerial level leadership team every year to understand the situation.
Members of the leading groups of local party committees, discipline inspection commissions and party committee organizational departments at all levels, in addition to participating in the democratic life meetings of their leadership groups, should also participate in the democratic life meetings of one or more lower-level leadership groups every year to learn about the situation.
Section 5 Handling of petitions
Article 25 Party committees and discipline inspection commissions at all levels supervise lower-level party organizations and leading cadres through the handling of letters and visits, and promptly study important issues raised in letters and visits. The handling of important petition matters should be supervised and inspected until they are properly handled.
Article 26 Wherever serious violations of discipline and law are reported to w88 casino organization by party members or lower-level party organizations, or where party members accuse of infringement of their legitimate rights and interests, w88 casino organization shall promptly investigate and deal with it in accordance with relevant regulations. Section 6 Inspection

Article 28 The main tasks of inspection work are:

If the interrogator uses the inquiry to deliberately create difficulties or entangles unreasonably, he will be criticized and educated; if the circumstances are serious, he will be held accountable.
Section 10 Removal or replacement requirements and processing
Article 38 Members of local party committees at all levels have the right to request the higher-level party organizations to remove or replace incompetent members and standing committee members of their committees and disciplinary inspection commissions at the same level.

Chapter 4 Supervision and Guarantee
Article 40 Party committees and disciplinary inspection commissions at all levels shall effectively perform their supervisory duties and play their supervisory role in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
Party members and party leading cadres should correctly perform their duties and consciously accept supervision.
Those who violate the provisions of these regulations, fail to perform or incorrectly perform intra-party supervision responsibilities, and fail to comply with the intra-party supervision system will be held accountable and dealt with seriously depending on the circumstances.
Article 41 Party organizations at all levels should conscientiously implement the responsibility system for building party style and clean government, strengthen ideological and political education, improve work systems, and effectively prevent the occurrence of various disciplinary violations. Issues reported by party organizations and party members should be dealt with seriously.
Article 42 Encourage, support, and protect party organizations and leading cadres, party members, and party congress representatives to play an active role in intra-party supervision. If the real name is used to report problems or report or accuse violations of disciplines and laws, w88 casino organization and relevant personnel shall keep it confidential; those who leak it shall be held accountable. Those who report or accuse party members or party organizations of serious violations of disciplines and laws that are proven to be true will be praised or rewarded. Article 44 If party members or party organizations are dissatisfied with the decision, they may appeal to w88 casino organization that made the decision. Relevant party organizations should carefully review and review the matter and make conclusions. If you still have any objections, you can appeal to the higher-level party organization or to the central committee.
The appeal period will not affect the execution of the decision.
Chapter 5 Attachment then

Article 46 These regulations shall be interpreted by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in consultation with the Organization Department of the Central Committee.
Article 47 These regulations shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
