Through this training, we should further standardize the work of counselors, promote the professional ethics education of counselors in the mind and heart, strengthen self-discipline and management, adhere to the "high line", guard the "bottom line", and not cross the "red line", strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and ethics, and effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people.

Li Wanting took the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China" as the starting point, combined with the actual work content of counselors, and proposed that we should accurately grasp the key points of the six major disciplines in party discipline, strengthen daily and "outside eight hours" management, and pay attention to words and deeds at work. She led the team of counselors to learn the main contents and differences between the "Eight Provisions of the Central Committee" and the "Spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee". Based on the analysis of various types of cases, she reminded the counselors to take precautions, strictly abide by the bottom line and red line, grasp the key aspects of student work, and always keep discipline and norms in mind.
