Next, Teacher Zhang Renjiao introduced the standards for volunteers’ smiles, eyes, standing, sitting, gestures, etc. In terms of smiles, teacher Zhang Renjiao introduced the three degrees of smile and their usage occasions; in terms of eyes, she explained subtle details such as gaze position and gaze time; regarding issues related to standing and sitting, teacher Zhang Renjiao clearly demonstrated through pictures what constitutes an upright and dignified standing posture and an elegant and appropriate sitting posture, and demonstrated it from the front and side angles respectively. Teacher Zhang Renjiao also mentioned the importance of correct gestures and introduced the movement standards and usage occasions of small please, medium please and big please. Afterwards, teacher Zhang Renjiao explained the volunteer communication etiquette, including basic polite terms of address and the norms and applications of greeting etiquette such as shaking hands and bowing. Finally, teacher Zhang Renjiao used situational response cases to conduct simulation training for the volunteers, encouraging the volunteers to apply the knowledge they learned. By analyzing and summarizing the relationship and situation between the two parties in the simulated cases, they used etiquette thinking and etiquette behavioral norms to formulate reasonable plans. 

Through this general etiquette training for Winter Olympics volunteers, volunteers can really pay attention to etiquette details.
