In response to the Red Cross Society of China’s purpose of “putting people first and contributing to building a harmonious socialist society” on this year’s World Red Cross Day and the theme of “self-rescue and mutual rescue – the Red Cross in action”, after preliminary deliberation and preparation, the Red Cross Student Branch of the w88 casino officially established the “Red Cross Rescue Team” on April 19, 2005. The first phase of the "Red Cross Rescue Team" consisted of 24 members, 11 of whom had obtained junior first aid certificates.

The "Red Cross Rescue Team" of w88 casino is a branch of the training department of the student branch. The "Red Cross Rescue Team" will uphold the Red Cross spirit of "humanity, fraternity, and dedication" to enable more students to master the knowledge and skills of spreading first aid and save more precious lives. To this end, w88 casino's "Red Cross Rescue Team" will allow students to learn and master first aid knowledge such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostatic bandaging, fracture fixation, and transportation through lectures, practical operations, etc., providing a platform for students to learn and practice, keeping esoteric and difficult knowledge away from textbooks, and allowing skills to be fully effective.

The establishment of the Red Cross Rescue Team has received enthusiastic support from the Municipal Red Cross Society, schools and teachers and students. Students enthusiastically signed up to participate in the selection of rescue team members.
