Professor Chen Gong encourages young students to actively participate in "telling Chinese stories well". The perspective of teenagers has its own sense of "realism" and "affinity", which is the key to cross-cultural communication. They do not deliberately pursue grand narratives, but make Chinese culture tangible and tangible through the fireworks of a bowl of noodles, the perseverance of a craftsman, and the details of a family festival.

Professor Chen Gong pointed out that "telling Chinese stories in English" must first retain the characteristics of Chinese culture, and secondly make it understandable to foreign audiences.
