Answer: Signing a 3-month trial contract will guarantee your benefits during the trial period. 12. Question: The employer said that the probationary period is one year. No labor contract will be signed within this year. A formal contract will be signed after the probationary period. Or even if you sign a labor contract, there will be no compensation for breach of contract. Is this legal?

13. Question: Do I have to sign a labor contract during the trial period when I work in a company after graduation?
